Ayurveda Living Village

We heartily welcome you to Ayurveda Living Village, located just 30 meters away from the beach at the west coastline (Kaipamangalam beach), in Thrissur District, Kerala, South India. It is one of the unique, peaceful beaches facing the Ayurveda Yoga Retreat Center/ Resort in Kerala. There are no other hotels, resorts, or shops nearby in this area. It is a small fishing village, situated really far away from the crowd, a perfect place for relaxation, and peaceful for your body & mind.

Our "Ayurveda & yoga retreat” gives you the opportunity to explore authentic ayurveda treatments, Ayurveda organic vegetarian food according to your body and mind constitution.

During your stay in our village we will focus on cleansing and rejuvenating your body & mind. After the first consultation/ health check up with our doctors/ physicians (through pulse, tongue, eyes, skin, stomach, diagnosing etc.) will prescribe your treatment program, and your food diet according to the imbalance or balanced state of the elements in your body and mind (vatapitha, kapha ).

In Ayurveda Living Village we serve only Vegetarian food. Most of our food we are using is organically grown, seasonal fruits and vegetables, from our own cultivating farm, and also collecting from selected farmers/shops in our village.

All the rooms and bathrooms are European standard, sea view, sightseeing tour, beach volleyball, hammocks, beach umbrella, beach beds, etc..
